Raspberry Cheesecake Salad

Get ready to become addicted! I am telling you that this dessert scores me points EVERY time I make it. I got this recipe from a friend about 6 years ago and I am going to bet you will love it as much as we do! I even make it for my hostesses when they have a Scentsy party with me...I've learned to bring the recipe with me on little cards otherwise I will get numerous emails afterwards begging for it!

1st layer you will need-
1 6oz package raspberry Jell-o
2 Cups boiling water
1 20oz package of frozen raspberries WITH juice (thawed)

I like to thaw my raspberries and juice in the pan I am going to serve the dessert in. Next I combine the water and Jello in a bowl and pour into the raspberries. Let Jello completely set before adding next layer.

2nd layer you will need-
1 8oz package of cream cheese (softened)
1 8oz container of Cool Whip (sorry tried not to mention names)
1 Cup sugar

I like to combine these ingredients in a large bowl and use my mixer to mix them really well. Then add to the jello that is completely set and spread out evenly.

3rd layer you will need-
1 1/2 Cups of pretzel stick crumbs
3/4 Cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons of sugar

Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Then place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Let them completely cool then add them to the top of the dessert.
