Bedtime is one of my favorite times of day with my girls, not just because they are going to bed and the house will finally be quiet, but because it's a time for special rituals.
We start with a snack around 7:45, PJs at 8:00, brush teeth at 8:15 then a book or two and lullabies before bed.  We sing both special songs that only we know because we made them up and classics such as "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star".
